Refund Policy


  • What if I received an incorrect or defective item? At north511™ we strive for perfection, but sometimes mistakes do happen. Please email our support team within 30 days of receiving any incorrect or defective merchandise and we will make sure you are taken care of. Be sure to include your order # along with an explanation of your issue. We will replace any defective item free of charge.
  • I need to return my item, how does that work? We have a 30 day return policy for items offered at North511™ (100% of your payment will be refunded). Please contact our support team for more information. 
  • I haven't received my order yet? In rare cases, some orders may take a little longer to arrive due to shipping issues that arise. If your order isn't delivered within 25 days of purchase, we can offer you a full refund.

Please note: Adding your phone number at the checkout will always beneficial (so the local courier can contact you to arrange a delivery day). 



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.



To return your product, you should email our support team:

The item MUST be returned with all the original accessories and in the country from where the parcel has been dispatched from. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Once you submit the return, please send us a copy of the shipping label. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
