Warranty Coverage - Lifetime

We stand by the quality of our North511-branded products and accessories.

If your watch ever develops a defect in materials or workmanship during normal use, we've got you covered for life. Our definition of normal use is outlined in our technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.

No time limits—just a lifetime of protection.

Exclusions from Warranty

Damage resulting from failure to follow our usage instructions isn't covered. Specifically, the warranty doesn't apply to the following exclusions ("Warranty Exclusions"):

  • Consumable parts like protective coatings that naturally wear over time, unless due to defects.
  • Damage such as scratches, dents, and broken plastic, unless due to defects.
  • Damage from using third-party components that don't meet North511 specifications.
  • Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, fire or other external causes.
  • Damage from operating outside our published guidelines.
  • Products modified without North511 written permission.
  • Normal wear and tear or aging of the North511 products.

Obtaining Warranty Service

Reach out to our support team via email at office@north511.com with your order number and a detailed description of the defect. Follow our procedures and diagnostic questions to receive warranty service.

Remedies in Case of Warranty

North511 can offer one of the following options:

(i) repair the North511 product using new genuine parts that have been tested and meet North511's quality standards.

(ii) replace the North511 product with a new product of the same model, or with your consent, a product that has the same or substantially similar features as the original product (e.g., a different model with the same features or the same model in a different color), that is new).

(iii) replace the North511 with a replacement product of the same value, subject to your consent, if the original model is no longer available.

(iv) exchange the North511 product for a refund of your purchase price.

This warranty is a Limited Warranty as defined under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Warranty Coverage - Standard

If any defects in materials or workmanship arise during normal use in the first 60 days from the original retail date, we will take care of it.
