If an item arrives damaged due to the delivery process, customers must report the issue to our support team within 24 hours of receiving the package. This ensures that we can address the matter promptly and work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue. When reporting a damaged item, customers should provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including images of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Failure to report delivery-related damage within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in its original packaging and must include all accessories that were originally provided. This includes, but is not limited to, charging cables, straps, and instruction manuals.
